The entire purpose of this board is to help you toughen up your feet, elbows, knuckles, and any other part of your body that would strike another person during combat. It is made using a very dense impact resistant foam, which is tough enough to help you make your body strong and tough, but not so thick and hard that you’ll risk breaking a knuckle or any other joint.

It is covered with a heavy cotton duck canvas that has a beautiful dragon on it. The new, large size, at 9 inches x 16 inches x 1 ¾ inch thick, is perfect for any training.
